The michiganian was arrested and detained. He refused a Breathalyzer test and may face disorderly conduct charges.
Although the man may have been drunk, doesn't everyone just need a good hug every once in a while? I know I do ;)

Well, hug means "I need to be loved" cussing out a cop means "Please arrest me, officer!" Love and Hostility-"never the 'twain shall meet" Well, he found out that you CAN combine love and hostility, and that yes, it MAY get you arrested. Cop was in a bad mood, though, cause the donut shop didn't open up for another 30 minutes.
