That is the problem actually! We should unite to help others not because it is or it is not our problem but because it is wrong. There are many, many things in the World that it is not my problem. Even knowing that, I do extend my hand to help based on facts of rights and wrongs. In addition, many times, I even go beyond that and I help based on a purpose of giving, charity and good spirit.

I know that dog, Csmonut and it lived next door to me. thanks alot. but then I moved and it is no longer my problem.

I don't know if I would have destroyed the equipment, but a heftier fine, definitely.
I had a neighbor with a barking dog. And when I say the dog barked constantly, I am not exagerating.
I went through all of the proper channels after first talking to the neighbors and nothing was done.
So I started banging on their door to wake them up. I figured if I had to be awake because of their dog, so too, should they.
Less than 3 weeks later they gave the dog to a friend that lived out inthe country. - 3 years ago

I totally agree and wish it would happen here. I would of fined her more and destroyed the noise machines.

That shows the difference of culture, education and responsibility from local Government authorities from Country to Country. If that had happened in the US, no one would show up or act to stop events like that leaving the neighbors in scrambled stage of action. Wake up America!!!! Wake up San Francisco! You're living in an acoustic concentration camp.
