Texas woman convicted of sex with stepson

Alaine Denise Vorheier, 36-year-old Guadalupe County woman has been convicted of four counts of sexual assault, three counts of indecency with a child and one count of prohibited sexual conduct. She was found not guilty of another four counts of sexual assault. The jury, consisting of five men and seven women, sentenced Vorheier the same day. The victim of sex crimes performed by Vorheier was her 13-year-old stepson, who according to DNA paternity test is likely the father of one of her children.

During four days of testimony, Assistant District attorneys Mark Kimball and Tom Mitchell presented evidence that Vorheier had engaged in sexual acts numerous times with her young stepson.
