Is This Last Gasp for the Israel Lobby and the Neocons?

AIPAC, the main Israel / Jewish Lobby's indicted spy Steve Rosen (he was indicted by the FBI/Justice Department along with another AIPAC Senior Employee for spying for Israel against the USA). He was one of Charles W. ("Chas") Freeman's major critics and one of the reasons Mr Freeman stepped down from the director of national intelligence post.

Why? Because the Israeli / Jewish Lobby cried fowl when he (rightfully so) criticized Israel and US Policy on Israel. The 'lobby' did a smear campaign against him and this may be a last gasp for a lobby that has only one thing in mind. And that, my fellow readers is only to benefit Israel...and NOT in the best interest of the USA.

Is the Israel lobby in Washington an all-powerful force? Or is it, perhaps, running scared?

Judging by the outcome of the Charles W. ("Chas") Freeman affair this week, it might seem as if the Israeli lobby is fearsome indeed. Seen more broadly, however, the controversy over Freeman could be the Israel lobby's Waterloo.

Let's recap. On February 19th, Laura Rozen reported at ForeignPolicy.com that Freeman had been selected by Admiral Dennis Blair, the director of national intelligence, to serve in a key post as chairman of the National Intelligence Council (NIC). The NIC, the official in-house think tank of the intelligence community, takes input from 16 intelligence agencies and produces what are called "national intelligence estimates" on crucial topics of the day as guidance for Washington policymakers. For that job, Freeman boasted a stellar resumé: fluent in Mandarin Chinese, widely experienced in Latin America, Asia, and Africa, a former U.S. ambassador to Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War, and an ex-assistant secretary of defense during the Reagan administration.

A wry, outspoken iconoclast, Freeman had, however, crossed one of Washington's red lines by virtue of his strong criticism of the U.S.-Israeli relationship. Over the years, he had, in fact, honed a critique of Israel that was both eloquent and powerful. Hours after the Foreign Policy story was posted, Steve Rosen, a former official of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), launched what would soon become a veritable barrage of criticism of Freeman on his right-wing blog.

Rosen himself has already been indicted by the Department of Justice in an espionage scandal over the transfer of classified information to outside parties involving a colleague at AIPAC, a former official in Donald Rumsfeld's Pentagon, and an official at the Israeli embassy. His blog, Obama Mideast Monitor, is hosted by the Middle East Forum website run by Daniel Pipes, a hard-core, pro-Israeli rightist, whose Middle East Quarterly is, in turn, edited by Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute.     • The Right wing Jews own the media, thank you Clinton. Go to LINK TV, FSPTV, and other viewer supported media, FOX, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, all Jewish owned or controlled. The problem is the Jews think by supressing any negative news no one will know while all that this does is make people dislike and distrust them. Murdoch and his crew and thier type are very dangerous people. Sort of like Hitler's propaganda chief Gerbles. The media in America needs to be cured it is very sick. Bush and his minions are a prime example of what can happen when you control the media. America is in the worst condition it has ever been and if you listened to Bush, he would tell you everything is fine and we are killing all the terrorist and the economy is fine. The funniest part? Some blockheads actually believed him.

      Since piecetv failed to answer your question. Quite common. I will; The reason you won't see this on the evening news is because they have their own bosses who pay big cash for airtime. That means they control what gets out there. They, Corporate entities now, are so diversely spread throughout the Business world, it's a rat's nest just figuring out who owns whom. As I have stated before, most of President Obama's Staff are in fact former lobbyists. What's going on here is just one group of hundreds. being focused on. Did You know that the Arabs gave Jimmy Carter around 750 million bucks for His presidential Library? Lobbyists come in all shapes and sizes. And it is no different here. Lobbyists battle for control of public opinion here as well. Stay informed and asking questions. Don't be sidetracked by accepting a question for an answer and then diverted away from the subject of the question altogether. Typical manipulation and avoidance tool. In the middleeast, the word "peace," is a code word for the destruction of Israel. Call Me whatever, I'm not either. I believe in Israels right to exist as much as for the Palestinians right to exist. Peacetv wholly exists for the purpose of focusing upon the Israeli's and Arab conflict in that region. The same tactic is used time and again. The records of the past entries on current show this fact. Why they always seem to rise to some level of relevancey is beyond me. I can't imagine it's the votes because Current viewers don't really care about this stuff. They want feel good, silly stories about someone farting or a monkey that hurls shit. The point is, take a look a bit deeper. Use your own judgement and always question everything. Don't be diverted when seeking honest questions to honest answers.

    • I think this is the starting point for more Americans to understand how out of control things are when criminals who are spying for Israel are dictating who they think should be in the Presidents cabinet.

    • Get rid of this Lobbying Group especially and Get rid of all Lobbying all together. There is no room for Jews to be pressuring America for support to kill Palestinians so the Jews can take thier land, this is insane. Is it me or are most of all these Ponzi schemes and BANK FAILURES and AIG's traced back to people like GREENBERG, SACS, SANFORD, MADOFF, etc? Maybe we should rename WALL STREET to LITTLE ISRAHELL sort of like CHINA TOWN, SOHO etc.

    • It is time that America had an up close and personal introduction to AIPAC and their activities. If nothing else, it may become apparent that AIPAC is a lobbying front for Israel to influence the American government. This is very specifically against the law in America and the American lawmakers who have turned their heads should be made accountable.

Israel criticizes every country they can, any person they want..now you may ask...isn't THAT antisemitic? this argument is null and void forever. Just because we are against Israeli government does not mean we are against jews. period. We are against Zionism since it has caused much of the violence in the world today. again, period.
