    • I have heard some pretty harsh criticism of this- apparently, the amount of energy expended to turn the lights back on will be big....this electricity is fossil fuel based, of course....The Big Apple doesn't have any windmills! I can't remember the exact details of this controversy........but I thought I'd put this in as "food for thought".....
