" How We All Lost Equal Justice Under the Law. "
WHEN CORPORATIONS AND CEO'S CAN PAY TO SUBVERT THE FABRIC OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT PROTECT ALL CITIZENS, THEN... WE ALL LOSE
---------- JUSTICE ----------
Justice is a right of every citizen... it is not an option. A Judge is an employee like any other employee of the county or of the state and is paid a wage to provide a service for which he is entrusted to provide. A Judge is neither a God nor a King. He has a prime responsibility see that all citizens are administered a fair and equal Justice under the law as written in our constitution. His schedule, the courts schedule, personal ego and granted power of discretionary judgement are secondary to the supreme act of overseeing that every citizen receive their constitutional rights and equal justice under the law.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

WIPE THAT SMILE OFF YOUR FACE! WTF is the matter with this guy? This is... well, i'm not sure what to say. Not only can we no longer trust those at the top and financial insiders connected to them, now we can't trust judges now?
Those in placed in a public position with the sole reponsibility of determining ethics and morality have been irrefutably PROVEN incapable / incompetent of doing even so simple yet so crucial a task. This is one example; a face; a scapegoat, why do i feel like this is not an exeption to the rule? I have known or suspected something like this since i turned 18 (seeing 1st hand their claims of protecting and serving for what they really are) and now, once again that which was done in the dark is brought to the light. When JUDGES have no ethics, how can we be expected to move forward?
Without a
Call for an audit of ALL Judges, Police officers, Politicians, Lobyists, Financial "Experts" at all levels. Balance needs to be restored before the Universe does it for us, which unfortunately suggests America following in the footsteps of Rome.
If you're reading this and you have direct contact with or power / ability to fix this recurring theme of people getting away with life-destroying, criminal actions (Smiling all the while, no less). DO IT, what more do you need. THIS IS IT. This is your Invitation you've apparently been waiting for. I just gave it to you, and I'm sure I don't just speak for myself. "The People" (from the Constitution) need retribution, need to know that those that have been punishing us for crimes that weren't really crimes (at least in a legal / moral / ethical sense) will see justice truly served when crimes are actually commited and by the very same people (hypocrites) that enforce law.
Most importantly,
We need resolution to this ongoing, seemingly limitless & expontential slow-motion Greek Tragedy that has taken over every aspect of all of our lives and, most importantly, we have no say or control over any part. How is this a Democracy by any definition of the word

That brought tears to my eyes.. the thought of the families that were torn apart for no reasons. Years lost. Replaced by pure bitterness.

this should make the government or whoever look more into who is sending these kids to jail, along with trying to encourage these kids to change their ways..throwing kids in jail is not going to stop the issue..unfortunately those that were incarcerated because of this judge and his buddy now are going to be roaming the streets..Lets hope this second chance changes their ways..

stacey2303:
Government? Judicial branch is part of the government, last I heard. One of the three branches. But there should be more checks and balances for sure.
What's sad is that the guy probably had write ups in the files that made it look like the kids were properly put where they were.
Sickening.

He 'll probably never see the inside of a jail cell, look at the smile on his face. All for profit jails should be investigated immediately. Certaintly this isn't the only case of judicial misconduct in your enslaved nation.

That's awful, these people should never have worked in the criminal justice system. Unless of course it was as a lawyer. The fact that these people would toy with and ruin potentially innocent peoples lives is disgusting, and they should be punished to the full extent of the law and then some. I can't express my outrage at this.

Quote from Nelson Mandela: There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats its children.
The judge needs to be held accountable. This is disgusting. To treat children like property to be sold. This is child abuse. Even the worse of prisoners hold disgusting people like this judge in the lowest form of existence. The judge deserves life in prison with no parole. - 3 years ago
