Not only am i going to wow you with this cute baby clouded leopard, but it's at a site called Zooborn whose raison d'etre is cute pictures of newborn animals.
These cats are from south east asia, and like most other animals with "that'd-make-a-nice-coat" fur, it's endangered. Well, it's "Vulnerable", and if it gets worse it's then "Endangered", then "Critically Endangered". After that, it's "Extinct in the Wild", and once the last few die in captivity then of course it's "Extinct".
Get this; my feline great great grandfather - the Barbary Lion - was actually Extinct, after someone shot the last one in Morocco in 1922. Then in the last few decades they found some in zoos and circuses so it's back from the dead to "Extinct in the Wild".
