Rangers' Barry Ferguson and Allan McGregor have been told by the Scottish Football Association that they will never play for their country again after they made V-signs on the bench when Scotland's team play against Iceland, fuelled by a weekend drinking session following their defeat against The Netherlands.

Both Ferguson and McGregor have also been given two weeks suspension without pay, Ferguson was also stripped as Captain, which was given to David Weir. Both players has since apologised for their actions.
