    • From the article: "A study led by the research communications director from the cosmetics giant L'Oreal..."

Um, since when do "research communications directors" of makeup companies have the expertise to actually LEAD the research that they're supposed to be communicating about?

That's a whole new level of multi-tasking, folks!

    • Are you kidding me?!!?

You know what else keeps old ladies from falling down? Hairspray. Oh and perfume. The fumes stimulate the balance part of the brain.

    • OH my gawd. I don't even know where to begin with this one! It appears that L'Oreal feels like it needs to exploit the fear of falling among older women to sell some lipstick. This is such a pointless study... a PR stunt that makes a mockery of our intelligence. Seriously? Putting on MAKE UP keeps us from falling and hurting ourselves? Give me a f*cking break. This kind of "reporting" should be banned. It's embarrassing and takes us for a bunch of fools.
