It is interesting how they say "they used methods authorized by Bush lawyers." I have heard that a lot in the media and I think the word authorized in real life means it was an order. It is hard to prosecute operatives for following orders. I don't think that they should have followed them. I think they should have protested, and maybe they did, but in reality, these methods would have been carried out anyways. The ones that should be prosecuted are the ones who gave the "authorization."
