Many of our critical problems are a Corporate Induced Illusion, simply solved at zero cost once put into correct perspective.
Dear President Obama Health and Human Services ideas submission:,
1. This may sound trite but Scientists from Oxford University say the effect of nutrition on behaviour has been underestimated. The university will lead the £1.4m study in which 1,000 males aged 16 to 21 from three young offenders' institutions in England and Scotland will be randomly allocated either the vitamin-and-mineral supplements or a placebo, and followed over 12 months. In a pilot study of 231 prisoners by the same researchers, published in 2002, violent incidents while in custody were cut by a more than a third among those given the supplements.

2. Pharmaceutical Drugs, such as SSRI's, many believe are contributing to the cause of these mass killings and other violence. Why are there no reports of these facts on Pharmaceutical supported US News?

A Patient Side Effect Data Base should be part of the transparency of "dot gov".This is already in existence and it is terrifying that no one knows of it. http://www.askapatient.com Please study this carefully because results can be deceiving if sorted in certain ways. Perhaps this data base can be expanded through Health and Human Services.
