This statement seems so incredible that it takes a long time to clear one´s brainwashed mind to fully understand its importance.

Yet the fact that people with high cholesterol live the longest emerges clearly from many scientific papers. Consider the finding of Dr. Harlan Krumholz of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University, who reported in 1994 that old people with low cholesterol died twice as often from a heart attack as did old people with a high cholesterol. Supporters of the cholesterol campaign consistently ignore his observation, or consider it as a rare exception, produced by chance among a huge number of studies finding the opposite.

My cholesterol level is 300 and I am wondering if I should bother worrying.
I am of Ashkenazi Heritage..that means River People I believe.and have seen studies that say that our high cholesterol helps keep our thinking clear into our 90'sand beyond.
I certainly won't go on $tatins which are highly dangerous. I am 100% sure of that. I am already a 98% Vegan..that didn't help much in that respect as I thought it would.
I might try some supplements that helped me previously from Whole Foods.
