On 22 July 2002, at approximately 11:55 pm, an Israeli Air Force F16 fighter jet dropped a 985 kilogramme bomb on a three-storey apartment building. The attack was intended to kill Salah Shehade, the suspected leader of the Izzidin al-Qassam Brigade, Hamas’ military wing. The apartment building was located within the densely populated Al Daraj district, a residential neighbourhood in Gaza City. At the time of the attack, Shehade was on the upper floor of the building. As a result of the blast impact, eight other adjoining and nearby apartment buildings were completely destroyed, nine were partially destroyed, and another 21 sustained considerable damage. Excluding Shehade and his guard, a total of 14 civilians were killed, including eight children. Approximately 150 civilians were injured.
Israeli Occupation Force (IOF) officials have acknowledged that they decided to drop the bomb on Shehadeh’s house knowing his wife was with him, intentionally killing her as well.

I believe the answer to your question is that Jew are subjected to racism.
In America today its is becoming popular to hate Israel , Its cool to defend a terrorist state such as Palestine. When the twin towers came down virtually every Arab country cheered and glorified the terrorist attack.
There is a segment of all societies that look for someone to blame for their own failures.
The Germans used the Jews just as the Arabs are today.
Don’t forget America stood by and did nothing while almost six million Jews were murdered and with full knowledge it was happening.
In Bosnia, we went to the defense of Muslims with only suspicions of a few thousand killed in retaliation of terrorist attacks by the Muslims. Would we have defended them had they been Jews - 3 years ago

it was a tactical decision. going in on foot sans air support would have saved civilian lives but cost the lives of IDF soldiers. they decided the lives of their soldiers was more valuable than the life of the gazan civilians.
unfortunately...that is terrible ethics and just shows the real morality of the "most moral army on earth"

they could have went in and got the one they were looking for instead of dropping a bomb that they knew would kill destroy and hurt so many other people. I hope they all rot in hell for the war crimes that were committed.
