Utah is a crazy state - it has some of the strictest laws on alcohol this side of Saudi Arabia, because most of the people who live there are Mormons. It turns out that you used to have to serve alcohol with a glass "curtain" between the bartender and the customer... but it appears to be doing away with this bizarre tradition.
