God bless people like Ribadu. In Nigeria today, honesty, dedication,hardwork and fear of God are on trial.Whereas Hypocrisy, nepotism, conspiracy,blackmailing and corruption are being celebrated. It is not enough for the west to insist that there should be democracy in a country without proper monitoring and sanctions if there is no transparency in a process that bring about election.
What is happening in Nigeria is not a democracy. It is a rule by the few to oppress the majority.This people are stealing money without thinking of the masses.
corruption has become the order of the day. That is why at the inception of this administration, the oppressing party found it difficult to work with honest and committed person like Ribadu hence his demotion. The people at the helm of affairs careless about their name because they are engrossed in corruption and believe money is everything.They will continue to grab until they drop dead. But I know one thing God Will listen to the voice of the majority soon.

Spot on Ribadu, very well said & i hope the United States would take action but they only take action in these sort of law implementation only if they the United States hear our voice collectively as Nigerians. All they hear about, about Nigeria is that we are fraudulent but when you take a closer look to the amount of fraudulently siphoned $billions of stolen monies meant to be used to develop various countries in Africa most of these western Countries have benefited immensely to the money laundry perfected in Africa particularly in Nigeria.

It takes 2 to commit a crime, you cannot be talking about how corrupt countries like Nigeria is if you are not a major facilitator to these crimes against Nigerian as a Nation. According to world bank more than $400 billion have been stolen from Nigeria since our Independence. These stolen monies are scattered all over banks and the Economy of these countries. Looking at this video a particular member of this committe seems to feel annoyed that maybe a black man from a third word country is accusing a big company in the U.S Halibuton. well it is true that Halibuton continues to bribe their way through to getting contracts from Nigeria. What Ribadu is saying here is very simple. In order for us in Nigeria to fight these criminally minded leaders of ours not to compromise their integrity in accepting bribes from foreigners set up a law that would simply not allow Nigerian leaders to launder bribed money into any western economy, any stolen money into western nation. When these criminals in Nigeria see that they no longer have any safe heaven be it in the UK, Dubai, U.S, Switzerland, Luxembourg & Most of top tax heaven islands this will help the Nigerians to fight these criminals who collaborate with foreign companies & individuals that help facilitate these crimes against the Nigerian Nation.

U.K is the number facilitator, benefactor & destination of stolen monies coming out of Nigeria since our independence in 1960. The halibutton case & the main go between for these crimes against Nigeria is no other than a man called Jeffrey Tesler (A British Lawyer)
