Cop chop: Gendarme castrates wife's lover

A French cop chopped his love rival's man bits off on Saturday, it has been claimed. The officer, a 43-year-old father of five, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.

There's no news on the victim's condition but it has been recommended that the accused policeman be detained in a psychiatric facility.
