Police in Ohio have arrested and charged a man who they suspect of approaching women and girls in a local beauty spot ... whilst dressed in a green female swimming costume.
According to local news, 20 complaints had been made against the mysterious green-clad oddball, by members of the public scared by his antics and his choice of one-piece. But the police say he's not believed to have threatened or caused harm to anyone.
Either way; coppers are pretty confident they've got the right guy, after they arrested 41-year-old Kevin L. Miller at his home, conveniently enough dressed in the offending item!

I love the fact he was wearing the offending costume when they turned up to arrest him.
He here is being led off in that costume. Surely they'd let him get changed first?
