Court: Firing Too Severe For Pot Smoking Secretary

A secretary who worked for a warden in the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services should not have been fired for smoking marijuana. That's the ruling Thursday from the Nebraska Supreme Court which upheld the findings of a lower court.
