More than 3,000 packets of tampons pink parachutes were dropped over the Dutch beaches. The reason for this action is the start of the beach season.

Couldn't do that here, wouldn't be permitted. Nope! The parachutes would choke porpoises, fish, whales, dolphins, children, drunk adults..... no not a safe thing to do.....
