The Italian President of the Republic signed the security decree that criminalize undocumented immigrants, but sends to the premier and ministers a letter expressing his "concerns and worries" for a law of heterogeneous standards, lacking systemacy and of dubious consistency with the general principles of criminal law. Translated from the President educate expressions that means that this law is stupid, unenforceable, and if really applied would violates Article 10 of the Constitution and various international conventions that Italy has signed.
