Blue Dog Democrats listening to voters on obamahealthcare?

Apparently Blue Dog Democrats are now listening to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with the same disbelief as the American public. When they went home over the July 4th holiday, they got an earful, as did other Democrats.

    • Sadly, we are now a bankrupt nation, owing our very to China that owns so much of our debt. The more debt being piled up, the more people will be thrown out of work, the higher taxes will become which drive manufacturing to India and China.

There is no free lunch, only debt that finally destroys a nation.

    • Anyone catch the blue dog democrat's blue's clues joke on colbert... hilarious (weds.7/15).

On a serious note, attrition perfectly describes it. But it looks like we're going to make way, even though it's not an ideal plan, it will start making changes happen pretty fast. I mean, this is America, American can do-ism... , we like do things until they fail, so hopefully it'll work, but I doubt it will be what we need.

    • What is going on is an issue of attrition. There are droves of lies being spewed by politicians against the public option and it is slowly wearing down the 'public opinion' since folks are a bit easily swayed.

I still find it funny that people act like everyone has health care or that people aren't losing health care right now.

Even when I was under my parents insurance while my father was in the military I had terrible coverage. If I can trust the government to maintain nuclear weaponry I'm sure I could do with the OPTION to choose medical through them.
