This is disgusting. The 911 operator says he couldn't get through her profanity? I didn't have any trouble understanding it. What is he - the vocabulary cop? 911 is supposed to be there for help during emergencies. You only get help if you speak politely?
They should fire the guy. What if her dad had died because this ass was offended by her language and refused to supply the assistance he was paid to provide?
