I have experienced sounds and music that have moved me to tears, or got me feeling horny and sexually charged. Perhaps it could have been that I was emotionally or mentally in the zone for such reactions, but I believe there is something to it.

I have been to rituals and ceremonies that use various tones to increase awareness or peace and serenity.

Isn't that why religious people sing songs in Church or Temple, to feel uplifted and moved? Chanting for spiritual ecstasy?

As for the Orgasm sound, well that would have to be something with a considerable amount of bass or low frequency vibrations so it would stimulate the penis or clitoris.

The Russians have been experimenting with reprogramming DNA with sound. DNA reacts to sound waves and vibrations.

There are sounds that can make you have an orgasm.

Darn, I thought this was going to be about baseball groupies. Transcendental meditation is pretty much self hypnosis. But if it makes you feel better about yourself, good for you.

Well, music is not a "natural" thing, it's "man made" yet still has a significant impact on us humans. Likewise, the audio / sound associated with the online meditation is as powerful.

Got to here it. That's why on the site they say to have ear phones, or better yet, a killer stereo hook up to the computer.

Any way, the idea in a six minute experience is that you can do it quickly and get back to work. Some people report significant relaxation from the experience.

Dammit! I can't get the sound- so I can only comment on the idea of online meditation- which if I am correct, somehow meditation is tied in with a computer? Nope. SOunds silly. Meditation requires complete seperation from distractions - that computers would be a distraction is a given.

in the past i would rush to label enlightened people like this as loons, but with my own experiences with mind altering hallucinogens and a deep connection to spirituality, I have experienced 'flow'.
