So I don't really understand where this cave is located. Is it on government or private land? Does anybody care that he is living there? Is there room to have a garden or raise animals, because otherwise he would need money to buy his beans and rice. Clearly this kid has to use some money, unless he trades labor for goods. If he does trade labor for goods, then he is really in no better position than any working stiff, except that he doesn't pay taxes.

Funny one isn't it? I know i'd rather be in debt and have people round my house for dinner than live in a cave all by myself.
