Something has changed in Italy: for the first time Milanese guys under 16 years won't be able to buy or drink any kind of alcohol. It's the first time a Municipality attack not only those who sell drink to minors, but also young people because they consume or buy alcohol. A really huge change in Italy where a drinking age nevere had been.Someone in the Parliament, now, it's thinking about a law to stop selling drink before the dawn. But nobody thinks that people, then, will go home drinking...
