Compromise reached on health-care legislation

(07-29) 19:24 PDT Washington -- House Democratic leaders won a key breakthrough on health care today that allows Congress to adjourn until September declaring progress, even if it falls short of the House passage that Speaker Nancy Pelosi promised less than two weeks ago.
