My thoughts on Marc Emery going to a US jail.

Emery has been fighting extridition to the US for the past 4 years, but recently accepted a plea deal that will have him serving 5 years in a US prison. Emery was originally facing what would have been life in prison. This is how I feel about a Canadian citizen going to a US prison for business that had never been conducted on US soil.
