The U.S. media generally ignored Obama's meeting with Gates and Crowley at the White for their famous beer. Although the White House only release images of the event. But you'd think news people would be clamoring for more. It's not like there's an O.J. trial or something going on.
But the linked article from the Guardian in the U.K. cites the incident as an indication that America's "post-racism" with Obama's election is anything but reality.
