Believe it or not, Fall River, Massachusetts has somewhere between 7 and 9 miles of largely undeveloped waterfront. Fabulous. And, the what is arguably the coolest collection of mill and Victorian architecture in the USA. Wealth came during the rise of the textile industry, which was later lost. Known as a gritty city, it has now fallen on hard times. But guess what, few cities anywhere sit in a sea of potential energy, like Fall River. This City is about to wake up.
