Has this bitch ever heard of a stroller?
If she is claiming she has pneumonia and lupus, and that's why she can't lift her child, an INTELLIGENT person might get a device that she can use to move her child.
Then again, she probably should just have gotten a dog. She's got that drag down. Oh, and take a look at the video. She looks pissed, and she's obviously not straining to drag him on the floor, which is harder then kneeling and standing your child on his feet.
Child abuse. Period.

Leashes are for dogs not babys if you can't control an 18 month old how do you expect to control them when they are teenagers. I have had 4 kids and I NEVER had to use such a device. Plus that woman almost hit the kid on that wall. With your thinking all teenagers would be out of control like you see on Jerry Springer.

Lot's of parents keep their younger children on leashes when they go out. As for dragging the kid around, I don't know all the facts, but it's entirely possible they were being a brat and acting up in the store. You see it all the time where kids won't stop screaming, running around, or whining and crying on the floor. The kid could have been throwing a temper tantrum and wouldn't get up so she pulled him. If that did happen, it's not like she could do anything else but just stand there and wait for them to stop, since smacking him would just make her end up where she is now.

Sometimes I think you should be required to pass a test to become a parent. It is sad the truth about poor parenting skills and of course the end result a society that suffers from kids brought up like this.

It seriously bothers me how many bad/lazy parents there are out there. As someone who has worked with kids from various backgrounds, I have seen the entire spectrum and I can easily say that just because you can have kids doesn't mean that you should. This is a perfect example of someone who should not have children no matter what.

What surprised me the most was that no one in the video did anything! No cry of, " Hey stupid bitch! You're not supposed to drag your kid around like that!"

i have 15 grandchildren.zero leashes. 100 times the tolerance for childlike behavior than this woman. do they make me crazy sometime,of course. it is the adult not the child that needs to get a grip. lets put her on a leash and drag her for a while. ooohh that was mean

And nobody in the store did anything? Come on... it takes a village, and all that. Nobody said anything to her?

This lady is going way overboard; she is definitely wrong.
However, I have nothing against putting your child on a leash. I think the whole leash concept allows the parent to be assured that their child is always safe by their side, and allows the child a small amount of leeway to roam without them going crazy all over the store. Best case scenario for me, the person who doesn't want your child running around like a crazy person, and you, who doesn't want your child running away and getting lost/picked up by some psycho kidnapper.

So err... you would have wanted to be put on a leash...instead of having your hand held while in public? O.o weird...

I would have done something to. I just the other day I stopped a man from beating up a girl. I slamed on my brake and got my camera out and pointed it at him and he ran away.

Exactly I have worked in the ER for 6 years and I have seen things like this crap. I was watching the local news and a DEFENCE attorney was saying well this is not a Felony she just needs help. Take the Baby away from her before she kills like we've been seeing on the news.Oh lets wait to make sure it's a Felony.OMG!

Oh my god. That's horrific. Clearly not a person able to parent AT ALL. If she does this at a store in public, what must she do to her child at home?
