Time Warner , RCN Cable and ITV New York have decided to take their TV broad casting relation to the next level.
Late this year ITV shall add to their exisisting TV channels, another 24 / 7 News TV channel "called News Butterfly" in New York ,on Time Warner Cable and RCN cable networks.
The "New Butterfly" TV channel created and sponsored by Al Mason has a unique feature :
