    • Gee, if I'm not mistaken, Obama recently visited Elkh(e)art as one of our regions of the US with double digit unemployment for purposes of inspiring hope with inspirations of opportunities?

Maybe Obamacare could/might have provided rendering of empathy and caring understanding of the needs of needy and prospective needy?

Yet, it takes an outsider relative native US affiliations to point-out some rather overtly obvious concerns with Liberty? And we now would prefer to imprison them indefinitely?

Please, someone tell me, that I'm somehow missing something.

And was not one of our now great leaders at least in a stewardship capacity via "constitutional" profession and occupation?

By my experience, at least thus far, the ACLU relative to such subject matter has been of mere "mirage" for those looking to such as the "oasis" upon having experienced and encountered unforeseen weary travels across desolate lands of alleged amber waves of grain presumably cultivated by Liberty, Freedoms and Opportunity.

If there might be a "cute" little animal of violated rights, maybe the facade unto alleged branding for "defense of Liberty and pursuits of Justice" could be a little more forthcoming with genuine "compassionate" and/or "empathy?"

Certainly, it does seem a little problematic within these of our more enlightened days of presumably more civil communities with liberated governance?

Just ask Senator Patty Murray of the money pocketed via hate, discrimination and invigoration of ill-will.

Just ask Senator Maria Cantwell of the PC points pocketed via hate, discrimination and invigoration of ill-will.

Just ask Governor Christine Gregoire of the State revenues procured via the hate, discrimination and the invigoration of ill-will.

Yes, we CAN, even inquire with Mr. J. Biden of the more highly regarded Pay via hate, discrimination and invigoration of ill-will.

Yes, even the national YWCA will vouch of the benefits received via such highly esteemed Hate, Discrimination and Invigoration of Ill-will.

Remarkably, genuine charity of heart and parental loves in liking to Fatherly Love have been branded of the less enlightened days of some "evil" patriarchy.

      So, where be your chivalry?

Why not the NOW more compassionate caring arms of our presumably more enlightened renderings unto civil community to spring forward with like endeavors to your noted points of inquiry and requests of/for rational decency relative to dignity of humanity?

Perhaps we can already hear the more gloriously celebrated chorus and refrains for Barabbas?

Yes, yes YES we CAN string up yet another Pinata by tarring and feathering yet again another loving father for fated attempts to satiate the already well regarded insatiable ailing our humanity with dark and decrepit limited conditions.

Heaven help us, for certainly we are in grave need of your mercy.

ACLU will not get involved in parental rights issues because much of their donations come from feminist groups..... Still they have stood up for even F4J in their rights to protest......

    • The last paragraph says it all:

There is a humanitarian duty by all citizens to always preserve a life and to oppose torture and abuse wherever it takes place. Dr Sanjari is a humanitarian and a prisoner of conscience seeking International assistance and justice. Dr Sanjari’s peaceful protest is in the public interest in his quest for fair and equitable justice arising out of alleged violation of his constitutional rights.

    • Dr. Sanjari, internationally known British nuclear physicist .

Amir is a good man, father,a quiet respectful man and one of the nicest, men I have ever spoke with. All the time here in the USA he couldn't get a job because of the false allegations and warrant, that have been placed on him.

False allegations, of child support and that he was planning, Not to Return to the US with the children.
Because of his firm stand for justice , defending himself against the false charges, the unjust rulings of the Indiana. judges and the move away of his former spouse taking the children with her, they decided to put a warrant out for him based on child support and the web site he created.which contains a lot of information.

      Dr Sanjari’s evidential website : www.corruptusjudicialsystem.org

      and

      http://www.corruptusjudicialsystem.org/in-pr-06232008.html

      >The couples were awarded joint custody of their children, two daughters.
With consent from his ex-wife, Dr Sanjari exercising his parental rights as a parent and as a father and took his children on holiday to England to visit his family and friends.

Whilst abroad, he was issued with a false warrant on false pretext of owing money to his ex-wife and was forced to return the children to his ex-wife back in the United States while he was in England mobilizing funds to repay the false amounts demanded.

It was at this time that the children were abducted on false allegations that Amir was not returning back to the country.

      Sounds a bit like . . .

      Extortion,
      Racketeering, &
      Embezzlement?

And couched upon "best interest of children?"

Mark Godbey has noted "legal writing" of one of our NOW selflessly serving public "servants" Ms. Hillary Clinton, with expression as follows:

"Best interests operates as an empty vessel into which adult perceptions and prejudices are poured." --Hillary Rodham, Children Under the Law, 43 Harv. Ed. Rev. 487, 513 (1973).

NOW, in real time, we do see in fact public networks endeavoring to cleverly leverage “Prime Family Law/Time” for reaping of profits (if you can call it that) via vulnerabilities of our limited human conditions – i.e., emotions of/for/to "hate." Further, some of our "public servants" are actually aware of this present day profit-tree, wherein our NOW more enlightened crimes against humanity render with "green" on daily (minute-by-minute (Doobie Bros.)) basis within our local streets and communities. In fact, if we look more closely (be careful if you dare), we find that indeed it's even trendy, fashionable, politically correct and "profitable" (if you can call it that) to Hate.

      In my opinion, however,

      It should never pay,
      To hate,
      Discriminate,
      Or invigorate,
      Ill-will.

      Yet, tis such,
      The state,
      Of our State(s),
      On the Dole.

And, so it falls upon our shoulders,

      To educate,
      Of the state,
      Of our State(s),
      On the Dole.

This is your State(s) on Dough.
      Any questions?

Dare them (who ever they may be),
To just say NO to the Dole.

May we “keep holding on” to Hope; and be presently grateful for the service of voice presently and graciously lent to us by The likes of the Washington Times and via the good-works of Dr. Stephen Baskerville and like others. (including even those of this forum)

    • Some fathers do not want to be in their children's lives and that is not good for children. Then we have fathers who believe in strong father/child relationship regardless of the marital status with the children's mother, and it appears this is not good either.... It's hard to understand from the article what was the crime? Why is this man in prison? And why UK consular have not responded and this man is jailed with no legal representation?

    • MotherForTruth:

Question: I'm finding difficulty in discerning the thought

"fathers who believe in strong father/child relationship regardless of the marital status with the children's mother, and it appears this is not good either"

and need a bit of clarification.

Regarding the expression of "it appears," might such be referencing the implications of Dr. Amir Sanjari being allegedly detained indefinitely? Or, perhaps, it is meant to reference some implicit "self-evident truth" that is/has NOW unfolding/ed within our NOW more enlightened communities of more caring compassion?

The ambiguity has left me with a bit of uncertainty, albeit, I believe I understand your intent based upon previous expressions by your postings.
