Maricopa County, which contains Phoenix, is called by several the new Selma Alabama, with draconian anti-Hispanic measures, and continuous raids that only bring fear to communities that find it hard to report crimes nowadays.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies detained more than 100 people early Thursday in what officials described as an identity-theft raid at a south Phoenix paper company.

Deputies served a search warrant at the company at 711 N.17th Ave., near 17th Avenue and Fillmore Street, as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged employer-sanction violations at Royal Paper Converting Company.

    • ooops. It looks like somebody forgot to pay the sheriff last month. Ha Ha. These companies that are hiring illegal immigrants need to be put out of business. For once on current i get to side with the cops.
