anecdote: I run along the coast (Land's End) every day, and I used to see dolphins swimming together close to the shore. ever since the oil spill, not a single dolphin....

if it was Exxon their would be no guilty plea. they would find someone else to blame and appeal any guilty verdict in any way.

how many more crimes against the environment can we afford, before we realize that we should have kept our distance from oil products.they always plead guilty yet they can buy there way out of destroying the planet!
