After the police have arrested 44 people in New Jersey on a multitude of charges, the shocker is about to bring down the world Jewish community in that it has been learned that the rabbis in New Jersey have been running a mafia-style syndicate- with a sideline in human internal organs - as a small part of a global criminal conspiracy to traffic in human body parts that is headquartered in Israel and financed by the Israeli National Health Plan paid for, inevitably, by American taxpayers
