There was a trans-gender individual doing these in his home (two dirty tailers)for people unable to pass the psychological part of the testing for surgery; a while back. It was pretty gruesome He's in jail now.
The whole thing surrounding him and his significant other and passed relationships once found out was a really bizarre, and unbelievable situation.
