Jamaica's own Usain Bolt should be renamed INsane Bolt for the way he runs. He is quite literally the worlds fastest human. After setting a new worlds record in the 100m dash he followed by obliterating the existing record for the 200m race. In his 19.19 sec. performance he beat the old record by an astonishing 11 sec. Even more amazing he did it running into a slight head wind. Taking the lead five strides into the race he stood alone at the finish with no one else even in sight. I'm sure if this wasn't the age of digital photography they'd have trouble capturing his image - he's THAT fast.
