The worlds largest and most comprehensive shooting range opens in North Las Vegas. The massive range and support facilities cost 60 million dollars to construct.

    • got a respnose back from Don Turner from the shooting park. he explained that was just a dedication ceremony and the press wrote as the grand opening. He said the range would not be open until december. With the amount of work left to do i can see it taking that long... Either way when the park is complete it should be awesome!!!

    • Yes, it is very common to open up the doors before things like this are complete to start generating revenues. I took a tour of it there other day and saw what you are reporting back to me. They still have a lot to go but it is open. Part of the reason why it was opened was dignitary availability. They were able to bring in some big guns to do a grand opening and so they went for it. There is at 6 months of heavy duty work to start to wrap it up. But they will be working on this thing for years.

    • Live about 8 miles from the new shooting range here in north las vegas. accordingly to all the news this park is open.... nothing about this shooting park is complete. construction to the building and to the range lanes is not complete. drove by the shotgun ranges and you can still see the rebar where a concrete is going to be placed... asked two guys who were looking over blueprints, they said the park will not be open until december........ Well at least i got to drive thru it.........
