If you eat a variety fruits, vegetables, and meats daily like human beings are supposed to, you will never need multivitamins. Studies have shown that only one or two percent of Americans have diets that are so bad that they actually benefit from a daily multivitamin. So basically, only male college students who survive on solely ramen and cola really have a reason.
Furthermore, over long term studies, they've found that people who take multivitamins have the same risks of death that people who do not take multivitamins.

definately true carmalite. Alot of healthy nutrients get loss through such processes as pasturization. I wish there was a way to process these foods and still keep the most healthiest nutrients in them :)
