U.S.Postal Service- the next victim in the collapse of our economy

The Postal Service unable to stem the flow of red ink is now offering up to 30,000 of its employees a $15,000 buyout if they will just stop coming to work. This move alone could save the agency, mired in debt, almost $500 million a year.
