Robert “Prince Mongo” Hodges swears he’s a serious candidate for Mayor of Memphis, but he looks like a crazy white dude from space. He was on stage last night for a mayoral debate sponsored by the Tennessee League of Women Voters and proposed issuing Uzis and machine guns to residents to fight crime.
