Image

"A young American who worked as a paid killer for a Mexican drug gang has told the BBC (click link for video) he believes it will be impossible to stop the multi-billion dollar drug cartels.

Teen assassin: 'I liked the lifestyle...killing people.'"

War on Drugs: Mexico, Cartels, Marijuana/Cocaine
War on Terror: Afghanistan, Taliban, Opium/Heroin

This is just bull shit if your linking drugs to the cartels and the taliban. and not are own government how come the taliban can get 1000s of tons of heroin to the US every year but cant get 1 WMD in the last 8 years. dont you think its odd the US goes to war with cocaine heroin and oil but no one else? you cant say are borders are safe for tiny bombs but not for tons of drugs.

    • This makes me laugh.
Because people honestly believe that a single photo will stop the war if people knew what war does to a single marine.

And yet there are people like this:
Teen assassin: 'I liked the lifestyle...killing people.'"

That make a single photo nothing but a gleeful sight for teens who feast on violence and you think they are in the minority? hahah....wake up.

These are the people that will take over the coutnry. Violence loving humans. Awesome. Rome would be so pleased.

as for the drug war....even if they did legalize the drugs you think those that have been in power for so long would just readily give up? hahaha....that's also funny.

    • Some people have to do what they have to do, to make money. You didn't want them making their money here legally. Now don't complain about what they have to do now!

    • I agree with hunzedog. At what point do we stop allowing the out-of-touch idiots in Washington to run every aspect of our lives? Maybe the time is now or very soon to come... Legalize marijuana like alcohol. Let citizens grow personal-use amounts if they want to, and allow commercial businesses to sell it like alcohol - and tax the heck out of it if the gov't wants to. It just makes sense. We've got to put a stop to these cartels and the gangs that sell for them in the U.S. This would be a fine start. I think Xanax, Zoloft and Prozac are far more dangerous than marijuana.

    • Legalize it, tax the stuff. If you want to take the money from the wrong peoples hands that keep causing this; legalize, tax, and devalue it... It would help put an end to this romantic perception of being a "gangster". Not only that it could easily be something to turn our own economy around, all the jobs it would create. Of course if you legalized smoking cannabis you'd have to legalize hemp, and all of the products it can offer. Yes it really could do wonders for our economy....

I'd like to blame ignorance for this kind of situation, but people aren't so ignorant anymore. It's scary to wonder what the real reason for prohibition is anymore... (and while we're at it go ahead and legalize all the drugs on principle)
