A legal showdown over Washington’s medical marijuana law is taking shape in Spokane.
At issue is a provision in the voter-approved law that allows caretakers to supply up to 1.5 pounds of marijuana at a time to those with state-issued medical marijuana cards.
Some medical marijuana advocates believe that allows them to lawfully supply one patient at a time. Spokane County prosecutors say the provision limits each caretaker to just one patient – period
-----------------------------------
So obviously the law is flawed, a gray area like this leads to many innocent people being arrested. As well as innocent patients who legally have the right to Medical Marijuana not being able to get their prescription filled. Which can lead to them seeking out the black market or turning to pharmaceuticals both are very risky.
Needless to say even though medical marijuana is legal in the state the laws need some major reform still.
What do you think? How should the law be interpreted and what would you change if you could change it?

Big pharma will be looking for the death penalty in this case. I kinda like Spokane, I wonder how much time the cops wasted watching this guy.
