Actor Ed Norton -- not to be confused with Ralph Kramden’s neighbor -- will run in the New York City Marathon Nov. 1 accompanied by three Maasai warriors. (The Maasai are the tribe who, in every movie ever made in or about Africa, you see dressed, much like our Hari Krishnas, in orange.)
