The Sick Parasitic Health Insurance Industry

JonRaymond
Former Labor Secretary Robert Reich explains what a public option for health care coverage really means for working people as opposed to the truly sick 'for profit" insurance companies. Somehow our country has lost sight of the fact that insurance companies profit off our people's health, lack of health, and even death. Poor and corrupt health care for Americans means financial ruin, poor health, and death for the people, that the rich insurance industry and it's shareholders are parasitic upon.

True to form, like a mutant species with it's own consistent anomalies, when you hear the extreme right make arguments about health care that sound ridiculous you can expect these are projections of the people making those arguments. They say that people who want public health care are lazy parasites looking for a free ride. All the while, it is the rich right wing insurance industry that profits off everyone to all our demise, because they're too lazy, or lack the intelligence and ingenuity to make a profit from a service that actually is useful for the people who pay them for it.
