There is an article in the October 2009 Popular Science Issue that talks about Dark flow, the #2 on the list. Its basically the unseen force that is causing the expanding universe to move or some such thing.

Why biggest source of wonder: Why do people drive on a parkway, yet park on a driveway? I don't think we will ever have the answer to that question!

NeutronActivation:
1) If electricity comes from electrons does it mean morality comes from morons?
Morality is something that, I believe, is defined, not by a single individual, but collectively by the surrounding society. So, in your theory if you believe that most are "morons" then yes, but I believe everyone has intelligence that others do not, so it is the collective consciousness that allows that enrichment of the society trough conversation, and sharing of ideas.
2) If Jesus was a Jew, why does he have a Mexican name?
A name is just a name, regardless of what culture it comes from. Look at the word Maya. Not only does it define a pre-columbian culture of mesoamerica, but is used in cultures worldwide,
–noun Hinduism.
1. the power, as of a god, to produce illusions.
2. the production of an illusion.
3. (in Vedantic philosophy) the illusion of the reality of sensory experience and of the experienced qualities and attributes of oneself.
4. (initial capital letter) Also called Mahamaya. a goddess personifying the power that creates phenomena.
* Definitions are from dictionary.com3) If you ate pasta, then ate anti-pasta, would you still be hungry?
In theory yes4) True or False: This statement is false.
Ambiguous statement, unable to provide feedback5) Why do your feet smell and your nose run ?
Question demonstrates the exact point as to defining terms to ensure that terminology is being applied correctly on all sides of the conversation. Prior to engaging in heavy conversation or debate, it is most wise to ensure the terms being used are being defined the same, or else you end up debating terminology and not the question at hand.6) If practice makes perfect & nobody's perfect, why practice?
To try to obtain perfection, at least in my case, I expect nothing other than perfection, but I know it is impossible to obtain, this for me at least ensures that I am growing and developing mentally speaking of course.7) If Barbie is so popular, why do you have to buy all her friends?
Free-Market society, capitalism at it's finest.8) Why do we park in a driveway and drive on a parkway?
Question demonstrates the exact point as to defining terms to ensure that terminology is being applied correctly on all sides of the conversation. Prior to engaging in heavy conversation or debate, it is most wise to ensure the terms being used are being defined the same, or else you end up debating terminology and not the question at hand.

These terms are defined in the article. You have to click to the last page and read 13 More...
Axis of Evil here refers to the shape of the universe's background radiation, not George Bush's advertising campaign.

Too many more to name, but here's a couple:
Near miss - doesn't that really mean Near Hit?
Apartments - they are all together in one building, so why apart?

4. Fly-by anomalies
8. Antimatter mystery
Could both be explained by Modified Newtonian Dynamics. The idea is that the laws Newton discovered were extrapolated incorrectly to large objects interacting over large distances. This wouldn't be the first time that Newton's laws were proved inaccurate (thank you, Einstein).
