Israel Guilty of Serious Crimes against Humanity-Hamas guilty of firing rockets-REPORT

Here's the 500 plus page report coming from the United Nations. Skim it and refer to what interests you. You'll find out that Israels indictment here is much more serious than the indictment against Palestine. Israel committed some grave humanitarian crimes, amounting to far more serious war crimes than Palestine is charged with.

Now we know the lobby and the far right will post here and are going to say bias, lies, etc when in fact, the world knows the truth about Israel. Every day more and more people find out and demand justice. Every day more and more corporations and countries and colleges are divesting AWAY from Israel. Its pretty clear who is the evil party.

Israel will face the music in the International Criminal Courts and hopefully pay the ultimate price handed out by justice.

    • so you contend that a doctor intentionally killed this patient. if thats so it would be horrible.
      how many gazan doctors are helping treat people again?
      not saying they too are guilty of this im just asking why are all these israeli doctors so heavily involved in treating gazans and not palastinian doctors?

    • mrEddy-if they did, and I understand SOME did, they did not FORGET or GIVE UP their homeland and people. They will fight for the justice of their people. and one that I remember was a doctor whose daughters were murdered by the IDF in an 'accident'. I'm sure you remember. this doctor even helped treat people in israel. how fucked up is that that the IDF murdered them.

      Muslims Arabs have no home land, where ever they go it becomes their home land that's because soon enough they would be building another mosque, another Islamic madrass, they'll demand welfare, health care and political power +everything else that Hamas will not provide them with.

      now Obama is investing 20Million$ to help Muslims Arabs from Gaza to immigrate to the USA, I bet they will not stay in homeland Gaza.
      after all Islam will rule the world and Muslims need to intimidate all other religion. Submission of the unbelievers, so they need to spread around the world to be able to do it, and since Obama is a Muslim he needs to take part in all that "submission" ideology.

    • maybe one day when the people of gaza live in a free society all the information can come out.
      its sad that israel has had to take the actions they have, but for the sake of peace i hope one day the gazans too can be free to openly point out evils as they occur.
      speaking out against hamas earns death. maybe one day when this isnt the case the full story can come out and provide the missing peaces required for peace

      The UN's Goldstone Commission Report claimed it could find "no evidence" that Hamas intentionally used civilians as human shields during the Gaza War.       I appreciate your concern for human life, and what I assume a hope for peace in the region, but I am disheartened by your dismissal of the serious reality of Quasm Rockets terrorizing the people of Sderot. I am referring specifically to your comment

      and your sarcastic comment "some hamas rockets also hit Israel...wow, what carnage and damage."
      I am not part of any lobby, but as people who believe peace is possible in the area, I think we need to start by denouncing all violence in the area.

      When you say "overkill" are you suggesting that a certain amount of killed would be justified? I'm not sure i understand what you are saying. How many deaths would be justified?

      The kids in this video have been diagnosed with "traumatic stress", the doctors refuse to call it "post traumatic stress" because trauma is constant as the alarms go off every time a rocket is fired from Gaza toward Sderot.

      Thank you for your comment peaceispossible. here is my and many others definition of Overkill: To return punishment in gross and disproportionate ways. i.e.: To kill a fly with a shotgun. Thats overkill.

      Israel is guilty of many things, so is the other side-Israel in many eyes is even more guiltier however, violence begets violence...I know you know that. So, going in and annihilating a people is not only overkill, but can be related to genocide. And by golly, it looks that way! With what Israel has done to Gaza is a holocaust in the making. And many people in this world are not going to put up with Israeli governments handling of this situation. Notice I said GOVERNMENT. Its not the Jews I am or any other people are raving mad at, its the government. Israel keeps changing the rules. Keeps giving the Palestinians a reason to fight back. The world sees this..many Americans are seeing this as well as many American Jews.
      We all want peace. Israel is the government that can make this happen.
      I ask the right, the far right to see this and to make these people equal-they will do the same, trust me. Reach out and touch these people..the real people there. They elected hamas because that was their choice to protect them from what Israel is doing...it was a democratic vote and fair. They weren't accepted because the puppets didn't win. I do not condone any violence-but what else can people do when they are under siege and occupied? I always suggest to do what Gandhi did. It worked.

      Work together with the people there. Treat them like you want to be treated---EQUALLY---

      The term genocide seems inacurate?

      Many people died in December and January, but Israel's purpose was stated to stop the rocket launchers. Regardless of whether this mission was actually successful over the long-term (which is being heavily debated in and outside of Israel), there was no attempt to exterminate the people of Gaza.

      You assert that people only blame the Israeli government. "Its not the Jews I am or any other people are raving mad at, its the government." Many people agree with you on the approach of being mad at the government, but many people are mad at "the Jews."

      Do you have specific recommendations for the Israeli government to take that can help work toward peace. And perhaps suggestions of what the Hamas government should do to work toward peace? I ask purely in the hope of starting constructive discussion.

      While international pressure does have an impact on Israel's actions, as a sovereign nation, they will make the ultimate decisions. What decisions should they make? How can they "free" the people of Gaza?

      Again, I am disheartened by your recommendations of Vierotchka's comments "terrorizing? LOL!" and "no big deal" in reference to the attacks on Israeli families.

      I sincerely think Peace is Possible, but we need to take the situation seriously in order to get there and in order to reach out to communities that doubt the possibility.

    • You wont find pictures like this coming out of Israel. You will find countless pictures like this coming out of Gaza from the inhumane, and criminal acts of Israel against innocent people. btw, these babies were actually sleeping when the Israeli Defense Forces murdered them.

    • The shear magnitude of the attack by Israel was not to target just combatants, but to punish all of Gaza by destroying much needed life sustaining infrastructure, water supply and cleaning plants, as well as as many civilians as possible.

      This is not only a war crime, but a serious crime against humanity.
