Cops use Excessive Force

You can't be too careful with those guys face down on the ground and their hands behind their head... they might spontaneously combust or something.

Like I've said in the past, we need a system that will make this go away for good!

    • I don't understand why in the snow they let this go on for so long. This is just wrong. I don't care what happened with the suspect but these cops take it fast and so long. If somebody got killed in this chase it would have been the cops on trial.
