How to control anxiety attacks

Anxiety attacks can be very scary and sometimes it makes one feel death is the next thing. It actually is not. After having anxiety attacks, here are a few things that were useful. While hoping it is helpful to you; here they are.
1. Adopt a hobby such as reading, writing, singing and walking. It takes away some thoughts. Writing your feelings helps ease out so many of those buried things.
2. If you have a phobia such as agoraphobia, try to fight it by doing just the opposite of what it does not want. It will take over your life if you let it take control of you.
3. Make sure you breathe freely while listening to your heart as you do. Take deep breathes every one minute if you feel like you are getting an attack.
4. Think happy thoughts. Always go for your loved ones. Loved ones will include but not limited to your friends, your family, your son/daughter and yourself. Yes! Yourself. You love yourself more than anything and you want to live free and happy, that is why you would do anything to get that happiness.
