Surviving the drought in Kenya

JanforGore
This is just sad. Their farmland now fallow and dry, sits there, dead. We better begin to connect the dots because the same scenario is unfolding in California and the Midwest here. My question is, will the Copenhagen summit this December even address this? Will the poor even have a voice?

    • I saw the aftermath of a terrible and devastating drought in Kenya in the early eighties - white skeletons and skulls of countless cattle scattered over the flat, dead land as far as the horizon. The land, the animals and the people suffered enormously. That's when I developed a huge respect for water and use it sparingly.
